Changing the pion stop rate

The pion stop rate is changed by varying the slit width of FSH51, while FSH52 define the momentum band and should stay untouched at 80. When changing the stop rate, the prescaling factors also needs to be modified, in order to give correct trigger rates for the computer. This is done at the LB500 Prescaler unit by downloading a new schematic. Since different schematics have different propagation delays, the timing at the LB500 MIX units needs re-adjustmes, which is done by setting the LRS4518 MIX delay unit.

The correct prescaling factors should lead to trigger rates of ~20-30 for Pienu events, ~5-10 for PienuLo events, ~2-5 for prompt and random events and <1 event for others.
