	same as 1 but Crystal Surfaces are Painted
	with Ukraenian Wavelength-shifting Lacquer

		Crystal Surface Treatment 3: 

	Crystal surfaces are painted with Ukraenian
	Wavelength-shifting lacquer, and entire
	crystal is wrapped in one layer of Mylar
