Secondary ADC Signal Splitters UVA-139
These are 16-channel 50 Ohm balanced splitters with 2:1 ratio, designed by Bill Stephens. Header connector layout is shown below for(a) the back side:

Signal input is from the back. The two outputs are on the front, as are the chip resistors. Shaded areas depict the ground plane that connects all of the ground connectors.
