1997 Apparatus and Beam Line

 

In this chapter the beam line, a secondary beam line stemming from the main 590 MeV proton ring cyclotron at the Paul Scherrer Institute, will be discussed. In addition, the CsI and NaI detector arrays, liquid hydrogen target, and beam counters will be introduced.
